Getting Started
Use the web portal for account, registered-device, and credential-free source-descriptor controls, and complete provider credential and playback setup in a supported StreamScape app.
Portal and app responsibilities
The web portal can create, rename, disable, and remove credential-free source descriptors, but it does not accept or display IPTV or media-server credential bodies, provider URLs, playlist URLs, usernames, passwords, tokens, cookies, device identities, or provider sessions. Provider credential configuration, source runtime, playback, and device-only integrations stay in supported apps. The portal also provides account, registered-device, conditional pairing, read-only subscription, support-history, export, and deletion controls where available.
Create your portal account
Create an account in the StreamScape web portal with your email address and password. Creating a portal account does not register an app or TV device.
Create account →Verify your email
Use the verification link sent to your email address. A verified browser session is required before protected customer actions such as TV pairing are available.
Sign in →Check current app availability
Open the supported StreamScape app or app store on your device. Availability varies by current app build, platform, device, connected source or provider, and store region.
View availability guidance →Manage a source descriptor
The web portal can create, rename, disable, and remove credential-free source descriptors using browser-approved fields. Configure provider URLs, playlist URLs, usernames, passwords, tokens, provider sessions, and other provider credentials only in a supported StreamScape app.
Manage source descriptors →Pair a TV when a code appears
If a supported TV app displays a pairing code, sign in with a verified account and claim the code on the portal pairing page. Pairing does not configure provider credentials.
Open pairing →Review plans and subscription state
The supported app store shows current plans, prices, currency, billing interval, and eligibility, and manages billing, restore, and cancellation. The web portal can display current subscription and entitlement state but does not sell, restore, or cancel subscriptions.
View subscription →Use portal account controls
After sign-in, use the portal to review your account and registered devices, submit account-owned support requests, review support history, export account data, or start account deletion. No retention or deletion timeline is promised here.
Account data and deletion →Return to your portal
Sign in to review the account and device controls currently available to your verified browser session.
