Does StreamScape come with channels or content?
No. StreamScape is a player and aggregator — you bring your own IPTV playlist (Xtream, M3U or Stalker) or media server (Plex, Jellyfin, Emby, Stremio). Once connected, we make it look beautiful and play reliably.
Which devices does it run on?
iPhone, iPad and Apple TV today; Android phone, Android tablet and Android TV in active development. One subscription covers your entire household — every device of yours can sign in and stay in sync.
Is there a free tier or trial?
Not yet — every plan is paid. The Monthly tier is the cheapest way to try the app; you can cancel any time from the App Store or Play Store before your next renewal.
How does sync work across devices?
Cloud sync via our StreamKey backend keeps playlists, favourites, watch history, home layout and content controls aligned. Each sync bucket can be toggled individually in Settings. LAN sync also lets you seed a new device from an existing one over Wi-Fi.
What about playback quality?
On Yearly and Lifetime you get 4K HEVC at 50fps with hardware decode, Dolby Vision and HDR10. Three player engines (Video, MPV and VLC) automatically fail over if a stream's codec or container trips up the primary engine.
Can I use multiple IPTV providers?
Yes. Add as many Xtream, M3U or Stalker playlists as you need; switch between them with one tap. Channels, movies and series from all sources show up unified in browse and search.
Do you sync with Trakt?
Auto-scrobble every play, two-way watched-state sync, watchlist sync and skip-intro detection — all out of the box on Pro plans.
Where is my data stored?
Sync data lives on our StreamKey backend, encrypted in transit. Provider credentials are Fernet-AES-128 encrypted before they ever leave your device.
